Refund Policy

The short version

Try us free first. Pay monthly, never for a long contract. If you change your mind in the first week, you get your money back for the classes you have not used. We think that is fair to both sides.

Free trial classes

Trial classes cost nothing. Students in Pakistan receive one, students outside Pakistan receive three. No payment is taken before the trial, so there is nothing to refund at this stage. If you decide not to continue, simply tell us.

How fees are charged

Fees are paid monthly, in advance, for an agreed number of classes. There is no registration fee, no admission fee and no long-term contract. You may stop at the end of any month.

Refunds in the first 7 days

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of paying a monthly fee, tell us and we will refund the classes you have not yet taken, calculated pro-rata. Classes already delivered in that period are charged normally.

Example: you pay for 20 classes in the month and cancel after taking 4. We refund the value of the remaining 16.

After the first 7 days

After 7 days we do not refund the current month's fee. Instead, you may either use the remaining classes to the end of the month, or ask us to carry the unused balance forward as credit against a future month. Credit stays valid for 6 months.

Classes we cancel

If a teacher cannot attend a scheduled class, we will reschedule it at a time that suits you, or credit it in full to your next month. This is always our responsibility, never yours.

If we are unable to continue teaching a student at all - for example because no teacher is available for your timezone - we refund every unused class in full, regardless of how far into the month we are.

Classes you miss

With at least 24 hours' notice, we will try to reschedule a missed class within the same week, subject to teacher availability. Up to 4 classes a month may be rescheduled this way.

If a student does not appear and no notice was given, the teacher waits 15 minutes and the class is counted as taken. These classes are not refunded, because the teacher's time was reserved for you.

Pausing instead of cancelling

Families travel, exams happen, and Ramadan changes everyone's routine. Tell us at least 7 days before the month ends and we can pause your enrolment for up to 2 months, holding your slot and your teacher where possible. Pausing is free.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 321 5624977 with the student's name, the date you paid, and the reason for the request. There is no form to fill in. We will confirm the amount with you before processing anything.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent back through the same channel you paid from - Meezan Bank transfer or Easypaisa - within 7 to 10 working days of being agreed. Any bank charges or currency conversion losses on an international transfer are deducted from the amount, as we receive less than was sent.

What is not refundable

• Classes that have already been taught
• Classes missed without notice
• Classes that could not go ahead because of a problem with the student's own device or internet connection, although we will always try to reschedule these
• Requests made more than 30 days after the month in question has ended

If you are not happy with a decision

Ask to speak to the Director. Contact the Institute's WhatsApp number and say you would like the matter reviewed. We would far rather resolve a complaint than lose a family over one.
